There are 5 suggestions to question “What sort of computer do i need to play that will play wow very well?”

  1. I’d say the first one

  2. Seeing as your RAM and memory are amazing on both systems, either should work very well for you. Then it just goes into graphics card most likely and a few things related to that. While I played I was using a 2004 Macintosh iBookG4 with no upgrades or anything and was able to do what I would consider really well for the computer.

  3. I’d pass on Acer, never been a fan of their quality of goods.

Never trusted bargain based Compaq PC’s/laptops or any Acer PC/laptop. Their products seem to regularly end up with quality issues on their products reliability.

As for the differences between you’re two PC models, the only difference is you a small processor speed increase, have a built-in TV tuner and you have a faster seeking hard drive (faster HD info retrieval).

Check to see if a monitor is provided with the listed price of the system. I bet the monitor is not included with the listed price.

Also, even if you intended on using the one you had beforehand, its not going to do you much good on your new PC. Why, because that graphics card in those PC’s can put out 1080i or better video and you’re older PC monitor can’t.

I prefer Dell XPS Studio or Alienware entry level desktop. If you’re serious about gaming and want a brand name "stock" PC that won’t break the bank, I’d look into a Dell XPS or Alienware.

HP makes some decent PC’s as well.

Just weight the cost for the setup on each, factor in multiple reviews of the manufacturer’s PC model, personal preferences, etc.

  4. I recommed you to use Leawo Free DVD Creator It can burn videos to dvd easily and quickly. You can find Leawo Free DVD Creator here:
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&newwindow=1&q=leawo+dvd+creator&aq=f&aqi=g2&oq=
Wish it can help, good luck!

  5. I think you should go for the first one, i am using the same computer and its giving me the highest marks for my work, i am really happy with that.
