So i wish to download an anti-virus dismissal from microsoft essentials, as good as they ask me what handling complement my lapto is. They suggest these choices:
WINDOWS XP 32‐bit
Windows Vista/Windows 7 32‐bit
Windows Vista/Windows 7 64‐bit
It’s droll how i do not know anything about my laptop, since sadly i’m not a tech. person!-.- So, if we have a hp mini laptop(i consider that’s my laptop’s name), what is a handling system? Also, here is a couple to a a design of how my laptop looks like. http://s231.photobucket.com/albums/ee76/zaiditta/?action=view¤t=HP_Mini_1000_Image_3_EMBARGOED_until_10_29_08_at_12_01am_ET500x425.jpg

hmu, as good as i goal we all help!!

First of all, if you see the word "Start" in the bottom left side of your screen, you have Windows XP 32-bit. If you have a circle with an icon of four little squares in the bottom left side of your screen, you have Windows Vista or Windows 7.
If you have Windows Vista or 7, you still won’t know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit. Here’s an easy way to see what you have:
1. Go under the Start menu.
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Go under System.
4. Look for 32-bit or 62-bit.
Of course if you see 32-bit, go with the Windows Vista/Windows 7 32-bit option. If you have 64-bit, go with the other option. If you saw the word "Start" in the corner, go with the Windows XP 32-bit option.
It will work just download it. I’m pretty sure your laptop isn’t more than 10 years old and has at least windows vista. Just download it. Glad to help.
bro just right click on my computer icon and select properties it will show all u need !

To find out what Operating System your Laptop runs, do this;
A. If you bought it brand new, no need to ask your Vendor, there’s probably a sticker somewhere on the Laptop that WILL indicate it’s operating system, it could either be any of the 3; Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista.
B. Restart your Laptop, and look at what’s displayed upon boot up.(Windows XP will definitely indicate itself)
C. Right-Click the My Computer (Win XP) or Computer (Win7, WinVista) and click Properties, there is where it’ll definitely indicate your operating system.
Ciao!
