jst got new notebook yesterday but i m unable to use bluetooth even i cant see any thing related to bluetooth?

in network i try to bond wireless network though it didnt find any thing plz assistance me out . my cover is hp mini 210

hp mini 210 provides option between only WLAN or WLAN & bluetooth.

IF u choose the second option when u bought it u will have bluetooth integrated with it.
U can access the bluetooth options using the HP Wireless Assistant in Control Panel.

Also usually there will be a physical switch or feather touch to enable or disable the wireless device.

assuming ur trying to connect to wifi check whether ur pc is configured for that wifi settings if not configure and u will be able to connect and also check whether your wifi is switched on.
ur laptop has bilt in bluetooth usually it is provided near wifi settings switch (both ur mobile and laptop bluethooth on and pair both the devices then u will be able to use.)
