You will not be able to game with an integrated graphics card, well, smoothly. It takes memory from your computer, and doesn’t have it’s own dedicated memory.
The rest of the specs of that PC is fine for gaming, just not the graphics card.
It also has a 300w power supply. Upgrade it, and put in a powerful card like an ATI Radeon 6850, or a GTX 550ti. 560ti works too if you have the money. GTX 460 is good too. It will work for gaming for a couple of years.
If you plan on buying a graphics card, and putting it in without upgrading the power supply, bad things will happen to your PC, and will kill the components inside. I recommend Corsair, and at least a 500w PSU.

Its good for the price. If you use it for watching movies, work, blah blah blah, crappy games, itll last you like 5-6 years really well, then like 2 year as so so since technology develops exponentially in this generation. The processor is really good, and 8 gigs of RAM will cover everything you probably will do. Just remember, dont expect it to play good games on high or anything, but it might be able to run medium-ish games at normal.
Very good processor, plenty of memory, and an ATX case that will easily allow the power supply to be upgraded in order to support a decent graphics card. The HD 3000 is "on-die", meaning that it isn’t a graphics "card" at all, but is incorporated into the i7-2600 processor, not a good choice for gaming, although it is capable of playing some of the less graphics intense games. If you plan to do any serious gaming, you’ll want to upgrade the power supply and install a discrete graphics card.
