iPad blacked out after clicking reset all !! usually black shade HELP !!?

I have iPad program chronicle 3.2, didn’t ascent it since we longed for to suffer a facilities of Cydia
Anyway we downloaded Jailbreak of course, after which i had a little troubles with couple of apps we longed for to reset all so we did go to environment reset all
After which my iPad close down as well as incited upon with black shade as well as Apple trademark “jailbreak screen” with those lines upon a sides.
now I’m stuck! which shade wouldnt go as well as we cannot appear to have a clue..I have usually a single approach which is to revive it though in sequence to do which we have to ascent it to 3.2.2 which we do not wish to doo

Download a 3.2 firmware from:
http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/
Plug it in to iTunes, terminate any syncing.
