Hi, I want to share AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer.
It automatically transfers your iPod and iPhone music, video, playlist, photos back to PC and iTunes. Backup all your music and video in a couple of clicks. If you own more than one iPods, AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer can simultaneously manage all the iPods in the same interface, you may transfer files among these iPods by drag-and-drop.
you need to use the cable that comes with the ipod. Since u bought it off ebay, it might not have come with the cable. Try to hunt for the cable on ebay or in hardware shops
You just need to import your songs into iTunes library, then make a playlist with the songs, connect your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect the iPod automatically, then click iTunes menu "File -> Sync iPod", the songs will be transferred from iTunes to iPod.

Just as Socc says, you need the apple cable, without it, you cannot transfer data.
Try purchasing one of amazon, they’re really cheap:

However, if you do have a cable, download iTunes from the website.
