I’m starting to buy an Asus Eee Personal Computer 1000he Netbook, as well as we goal to get internet as well as internet confidence for it by joining it to my stream mechanism . . . or something (not certain of the sum yet!). Anyway, will we have to compensate for internet (and internet security) for both netbook as well as computer, or will it still be the same price?*
Thanks the bunch. >:^D
*Sorry, that’s worded rsther than awkwardly, though we do not know how else to contend it.

No extra charge.
There are two ways to connect multiple computers to the Internet through a single connection. The best of the two uses a router, which costs in the neighborhood of $60.00.
The other seems to be the one you’ve already thought of: Connecting through your current computer. But consider this: What happens if that computer goes on the fritz or has to go off the Internet? Your second computer, won’t be able to help get it back up by searching the Web or even asking questions here at Yahoo! Answers.
Having them both go through a router is a more robust configuration, and gives you some built-in firewall protection from Internet attacks.
Hope that helps.
No, not at all.
Mosty common way to get internet access to mutiple PCs is to purchase a router or switch. Most people plug their modem into a router and plug all PCs into the router. You can buy one for $25 and up from any electronics store or Walmart etc.
This design not only allows shared internet connection but sharing of files and printers etc.
If you buy a router, you can share your current Internet connection for free with multiple computers (100+ computers if you really wanted to). As far as your Internet security software, that is probably per machine, so you would have to buy a copy for the netbook.
