Don’t upgrade. Any iOS is going to be superior to any tablet coming out for the next couple years (personal prediction). And sure Android tablets may have superior processors, but the versatility compared to apple products are pitiful. A big factor is really personal desire; but honestly, overall based, iPads are better.

Seriously though, iPad 2 may be a better pure tablet, but the Transformer Prime is a convergence device, with the convenience of both a tablet and a laptop, and 16-hour battery life.
