i dont assimilate much, should i have some-more calm as well as defrag for some-more than 2 hours? Please assistance me repair this. (lots of red red lines! T_T)

Don’t sound right
This probably means your hard disk is very full as there is not enough free space to move the files around.
Delete some old unwanted files you don’t need and un-install old programs. Also use the disk cleanup wizard in accessories, leave the " compress old files unticked" but tick all the rest.
Then try a defrag.
You actually need a better computer. You don’t even have 1 GB of RAM and not much of a processor. You likely don’t have much hard drive capacity either, so your hard drive is likely so full that the defrag isn’t doing you any good. That’s why it’s going so slow, there’s no place to move the files. You would enjoy the internet experience so much more if you could get a computer that had 2 to 4 GB of RAM, at least 2.50 dual core processor, and 300 GB or more size hard drive. You could also upgrade to the new Windows 7 operating system and you’d be good to go for awhile! If you want a used computer, check out tigerdirect.com or newegg.com . Both are reliable stores for used equipment or new equipment if you prefer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from eBay or craigslist for used computers if you’re unfamiliar with computer statistics and or possible repairs of a used computer. Good luck!
